Interested in applying for a grant? If your organization has the same purpose as our Foundation and holds a 501(C)(3) charitable status or is a school program, please fill out the appropriate grant application below. (You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the application.)
Grant applications are reviewed and voted on by Foundation Board on a quarterly basis. The Foundation Board considers the following items when reviewing grants:
- Meets Mission Statement
- Program serves youths up to age 18.
- Minimum grant requests of $25,000 preferred ($5,000 for schools).
